Coding of Letters, Reports and Documents
Strong Anderson does not provide suites of letter packs but are happy to review your current packs. We can customise letter packs to your firms’ style and add any additional Insolvency Practitioners System (IPS) coding you require.
Strong Anderson has an IPS licence and we use it to code and check check, re-check your letters, reports and documents, so you don’t have to.
Should you require a suite of letter packs we recommend Compliance on Call.
Customisation of IPS Diary task templates
IPS diary tasks templates can be customised to follow your firms’ procedures. Templates can also be customised to add certain tasks dependent upon the circumstances of each given cases. Templates can be set up with statutory and best practice tasks and immediate post appointment. Immediate post appointment tasks upon completion prompt a question and dependent upon the answer further tasks are added or the matter is concluded.
For example, the task “undertake s120 Notice” upon completion will prompt the question “Is there a pension scheme”. If the answer is “yes” further pension task are added; if the answer is “no” no further pension tasks are added. Should a pension scheme be discovered at a later date the relevant template can still be added. This helps to streamline the templates and means the user does not have to wade through copious amounts if non applicable tasks.
